BRAID three piece wheels  are  made  of a light  alloy and consist of three  different parts. Each  part can be manufactured in a  different alloy,  enabling a wide range of different strengths and characteristics to be produced. The different parts that make up a three piece wheel are the centre piece, the semi-interior piece and the exterior rim.  Any of these can be  replaced without the need to change the whole wheel.  Due to the modular nature of the wheel, the offset can easily be changed, allowing for a host of different uses.
